The Board of Directors has scheduled the resurfacing of the swimming pool and jacuzzi to begin October 3^rd. The labor intensive work, will take 3 to 4 weeks to complete.

During this time the swimming pool, jacuzzi and the sun deck within the pool gate will be closed. The recreation deck will remain open for relaxation and barbecuing.

Thankfully, Hurricane Irene has made an eastward shift, away from the Floridacoast line. According to local weather reports, the forecast calls for 60% chance of rain/thunderstorms and winds of 37 mph, with gusts of 42 mph. As a precaution, please remove all items from your balcony/terrace this evening, to avoid flying projectiles.

The BOD has voted to permanently allow the use of floatation devices in the pool.  Enjoy!

Effective immediately at 610 Clematis (and maybe statewide too) . . .  you must dial the 561 area code for local numbers.  This is brand new.

If you used to call O’Sheas across the street at 833-3865 you now have to dial 561-833-3865.  If you used to call CheeBurger, CheeBurger at 833-1997, you now must dial 561-833-1997.

This is the result of the increasing number of area codes and phone numbers nationwide.
