So, as I’m sure you’ve noticed the website has had a huge update recently. There are a few bugs here and there but rest assured I’m working on them. I’ll also be updating the photography as well as editing old posts, pages, etc. to keep the website looking both professional and up to date.

So over the next couple weeks I’m sure you’ll see me running around with a camera so if you see me, stop by and say hi and let me know what you think of the new website.

Dear 610 Clematis Residents:

On Tuesday, May 31st, 2011 thru Friday, June 3rd, 2011, they will be cleaning the sanitary lines in the building. You may experience noise coming from the plumbing lines. Do not be alarmed

This preventative maintenance is necessary in order to maintain the proper flow of the sanitary system. Work will be completed by Friday.

Some residents will be asked to move their vehicles to guest parking in order to access certain lines. Those residents will be notified 24 hours in advance.

The exterior of our building will be power washed starting Tuesday, 11/30, and ending Friday, 12/03.

Please shut all windows as the workers will be hanging from bosun chairs.

Please remove anything on your balcony or patio that should not get wet.

The Maintenance Staff have finished painting the entry/exit hallway leading from the Recreation Deck to Clematis Street.
