Reminder to pet owners . . .

Dear 610 Clematis Residents:

The management office has received several complaints of residents walking theirs dogs in the building without a leash.

As a reminder of our Rules and Regulations, page 19, Section IV, paragraph 4) Pets, c):Dogs and cats shall not be permitted outside of their owners’ unit unless they are on a leash. At no time are any pets allowed on the recreation deck, in garden areas, lobbies or fitness center and steam room or in any other 610 common areas.

Please be advised that Above & Beyond Pest Control will service our building on August 9th.

In the event that no one is home, Above & Beyond Pest Control will enter the unit accompanied by a security officer using the emergency key from the Association’s management office.

Whiting Turner Repairs….

On Thursday, July 7th, Whiting Turner will be repairing the expansion joints located in the hallway of floors 4, 5, 7 and 8. Repairs will be completed within four days.

This will not affect residents as they will not need access to individual units.

Quarterly Fire Alarm Testing

On Wednesday, June 29th, 2011, starting at 8:00am, Chubbs & Siemens will conduct the quarterly inspection.  Note that they will only be testing the fire alarm panels and do not need access to individual units.

We may experience sporadic false alarms.
