Our elevator vendor, Otis Elevator, will be performing an elevator load certification test, on Monday, August 9th. This test is required by the State of Florida, every 5 years. This test will require the power to be shut down for the entire building for approximately 1 hour as the elevators will be tested to run on emergency power. The power will be shut off from 9:00am...
