CONDO PARKING RULES
- The maximum amount of time for a guest stay, parking in visitor parking, is 14 days. After 14 total days, each calendar year, the guest will not be permitted to park in visitors parking, but may rent a space from the Association if one is available. Otherwise, they must park off premises
- All guests must be registered at the Front Desk prior to arrival
- Upon arrival, all guests must sign in at the Front Desk
- All residents must park in their assigned parking space (Violation vehicles will be flagged and booted)
- All residents must display a parking decal on their front windshield (Violation vehicles will be flagged and booted)
- Piggy backing is prohibited. Piggy backing is defined as entering the parking garage gate, without using your fob, as the gate remains open from a previous entry.

UNACCEPTABLE CONDUCT
The Board of Directors approved the following administrative procedures at the Board Meeting on January 28th, 2009, to specify how to notify owners and residents of unacceptable conduct in our building and when violators will be sent to the Grievance and Fine Committee.
FIRST VIOLATION
Resident is given a verbal warning and the incident report is filed in the owner’s file and the resident’s file.
Exception. The violator(s) will be automatically sent to the Grievance and Fine Committee for any of following three very serious conditions:
1. Police are called to the property.
2. An item is thrown or is dropped from a balcony that can be injurious to a person or harmful to common or private property.
3. The reason for the complaint continues and requires a second contact by Security.
SECOND VIOLATION
Resident receives a letter with a copy filed in the owner’s file and resident’s file.
THIRD VIOLATION
Resident receives a letter informing them they are being sent to the Grievance and Fine Committee.
